Is the wingfoil fad boosting all the foiling disciplines (kiteboard, wind foiling, foil surfing, foil SUP…)? Or did the wing cannibalize the market?
Wingfoiling gets the most attention but I would say it cannibalizes the market. I think once people are interested in one disciplines of foiling, they might get interested in all the other options as well
Price points used to be a major barrier for the democratization of the foiling activities. Is that still true?
There are many price points available already for people to get started. The can buy from a cheap online brands to get started and later switch to a more core brand with higher price points. I think we learned from the inflatable SUP that the cheap stuff helps to sell the expencive stuff because it makes a bigger cake.
Do you do packages (hydrofoil + board, and possibly wing/kite)? Please explain why you do or do not offer packages.
Yes, we do, but the demand for selling separately is higher than the packages surprisingly.
The modular foiling setup grew in popularity, making it possible to ride in multiple conditions and to adapt to various disciplines. What is your take of this trend?
Modular is the way to go. Once people will find their set up, they will only buy spare parts. It also bonds people to a foil brand because everything fits together.
What are the highlights of your 2023 foilboard offer?
We offer a range of combo boards. We have 2 sizes that suit surf/wing foilers, 2 pure wing sizes and 2 beginner wing/ SUP foil sizes. 2 in one works really good with our customers.

DOUBLE WOOD SANDWICH CONSTRUCTION
The double wood sandwich construction offers the best balance in strength, durability and light weight. We use 25 kg EPS cores The boards are glassed with two layers of 6 & 4-ounce fibreglass cloth on the bottom + a full bamboo wood sheet and 2 layers of 6 & 4-ounce fibreglass cloth , 1 layer of full bamboo wood + a ¾ bamboo patch in the standing area on the board’s top. A hard-coat pigment finish protects the board from the outside.
