Retail Buyers Guide:  Splitboarding 2023/24 Retail Buyer‘s Guide
Brand:  Endeavour
Interviewee: N/A

Please provide an overview of how 2023/24 is shaping up for your brand within the splitboard market.
Everyone has been affected by raw materials and shipping prices increases and transport issues. Have you had to make any significant changes with regards to manufacturing, sourcing, or logistics? Are there any examples you can share of how your business pivoted effectively? Any positive developments with regards to these issues and the changes you’ve made? Our Patrol Splitboard has been carryover for three seasons now and continues to be a mainstay in our timeless Legacy collection. It being carryover has allowed us to limit discounting and hold stock levels throughout the year.

Does your brand have any new developments concerning sustainability and/or how you are positioning any environmental messaging?
The Phonon topsheet that is on our Patrol Splitboard as well as the rest of our Legacy Collection is a continuously laminated fiberglass topsheet that is pre-cured under tension. This allows for no plastic topsheet or UV laquer which reduces the weight and need for plastic on the snowboard.

Are you using any new materials in your splitboard for 23/24? If so, what, and why? We’re interested in anything new in inserts / edges / cores / sidewalls / glue / resin/ wood types / base material, top sheet here. As mentioned above, the Phonon topsheet that we use on our Patrol Splitboard is a fiberglass topsheet that is pre-cured under tension. This provides insane pop and flex memory versus traditional carbon or fibreglass layups in snowboards.
