What are are the main customers’ demands when buying a technical snow pack?
High functionality and high quality. Durable where needed and light where possible.
What were your best sellers in 2023/24 and why?
Backpacks with freerider in mind. Because we introduced a new backpack for there customers and the sell in success was great. But we sell always a lot of “normal” ski touring backpacks too.
In which type of pack do you expect your biggest growth?
As I just said, we focused 23/24 the freeriders out there and therefore we had our biggest growth within this target group.
What are the technical highlights of your 2024/25 collection?
24/25 we focus on ski touring. We took our very famous ASCENT backpacks and updated them into our new SWITCHBACK backpacks. They are made for technical winter peak adventures –> they help you to tick off some bullet points on your bucket list. The result is outstanding, and you can have a closer look at the upcoming ISPO show in Munich.
What materials are you using in your 2024/25 collection? Any new ones?
We basically stick to our already really sustainable fabrics. Most of them are made of recycled materials. But there are still a few made from virgin material and 24/25 we changed one of them into a recycled polyamide made from ocean plastic
What color palettes, prints or patterns are you featuring in your 2024/25 collection?
The colors are getting more and more “earthy” –> and especially the hipbelt and shoulder straps are now always in black for our carry over new colors styles and new styles
Are you implementing sustainability in your products and production processes?
Yes…as I just said. We are still changing the last materials from virgin to recycled. And we are a part of the fair wear foundation. So, there is always something to improve, and we tick always something off the list.
What are your marketing stories for 2024/25?
We are fully going to focus on our roots – being 360° Skitouring- and Safety Experts. With unique solutions in every layer, combined with our awarded safety gear and digital knowledge platforms, we are offering the best system for almost every ski tourer out there. From head to toe.
What’s your situation regarding stock and deliveries?
No problem, we have enough for the upcoming season
