What new styles and shapes are you offering in 2024?
For our Women’s line we will be offering more wide-width sandals which use our signature KUSH footbed – A squishy mixture of neoprene and EVA foam. We also have new platform thongs and sandals that we are adding to our line. Wedges like our popular Olivia style provide the ladies with that added 2 ½’’ heel height but without sacrificing comfort or wearability. Our Men’s line features a special molded and water resistant blown EVA memory foam. Molded sandals means your Flojos are 100% fit tested and the silhouette is shaped to fit your feet right out of the box without that uncomfortable break in period.

What materials and construction techniques are you using in your 2024 collection?
FLO-JEL technology is a capsule of jel inserted into the heel of the footbed that acts like a supportive shock absorber for your foot. KUSH comfort footbed technology is a huge hit with customers as well. A construction of neoprene and EVA makes KUSH the softest and cushiest thing you have ever set your foot on. Memex memory foam and yoga mat footbeds are also used in our Women and Mens line. You can find these extra cushy materials on styles that have our HAMMOCK COMFORT certification badge. Sandal straps and uppers are being made of faux leather, a soft stretch neoprene and styles like our Serenity & Harper have cute braided detail. Tooled faux leather, burnished effect, raffia, weaves and metallics are some other methods we are utilizing.

What colors and prints are you offering in 2024?
We are seeing a desire for eye- catching bright and vibrant colors like soft pink, matcha green and sparkly metallics. These colors are featured in styles like the Serenity, Campbell & Fiesta lite. Earth tones and classic colors like ivory, tan, brown, black and burnt orange are also making a key appearance in our line.

Anything new in terms of sustainability?
Flojos can last a lifetime and we focus on building a well crafted, durable product that serves you season after season. In addition, we are focused on manufacturing processes like new sustainable kraft hang-tags and hangers.

What are the current trends in hanging shoes?
Nature and outdoor influence continue to play a role in our designs this year. Comfort and supportive shoes that feature stretch cord, elastic trims and toggles. Vintage Baja vibes footwear with distressed and burnished faux leathers. Serape fabric, tooled leather and debossed details are all features that you will find in our product line. Just Hangin’ Out features products with relaxed silhouettes, easy on easy off shoes and cushioned and flexible footwear for lounging.

Please tell us about your key marketing stories for hanging shoes for 2024?
Just Hangin’ Out – We’re giving our customers the relaxed beach state of mind every time they slide into their Flojos. Flojos (pronounced: “Flow-Hos”) is the spanish slang for “lazy” or kicked back. Our goal is to provide comfortable and well built sandals that you can slip on and immediately escape to that relaxed just hangin’ out mood. How are you helping retailers sell this category?
Our in store POP package is offered to all retailers with very achievable minimum purchase requirements to qualify. They include some eye catching brand displays such as new signage with a natural wood logo and reed backdrop. Our slat wall pegs have been updated with vibrant sunset colored larger square faceplates. Our display rack has a cool reed sidewall topped off with the Flojos hammock logo.
