What sport is driving the most demand at the moment (kite, wind, wing, surf…) and why?
The current foil trend that has been giving the most demand for us has been a close battle between downwind foiling and wing foiling. The market for sup foiling and specifically downwind foiling has had a steady increase of sales and interest over the past year, especially as the gear has advanced and become more user friendly and accessable for the general market. Winging on the other hand has created a great demand for foils as it is such an accessible sport and is available to a wider market of riders.

Which of your 2024 foil set ups have sold best and why?
Our most popular foil of 2024 has to be the Glide-R range, which currently includes a 1160cm2 and a 900cm2 high aspect foil. The foils were designed for riders who are looking for effiency and glide, while keeping it easy to ride. Those who use the Glide-R foils end up using it for prone foiling, downwind foiling, and winging as it allows you to feel in control while flying and has incredible sustained glide. Overall the Glide-R has been our most on demand foil from this year.

What are the main trends in foil construction, materials and design?
Some of the main trends that have been coming through this year has been quite a large shift compared to previous years. The higher aspect foils have become a huge trend as many riders are looking for more glide and speed wether it be for downwinding, prone foiling, or wing foiling. We have given a lot of our time and research into refining and perfecting a high aspect foil range that riders can hop onto and feel comfortable while pushing their own personal level. As the foils have been refined, so have the quality of materials, with the use of higher modulus carbon composites becoming a key feature on most foil setups. The mast design has also taken a few steps forward as riders are pushing harder they require a much stiffer and rigid mast. Our aim has been to develop durable and effient gear, that does not compromise on strength / effiency and stays progressive.

What are the highlights of your 2025 foil offer?
There are some super exciting plans for the 2025 foil lineup, with some new additions targeted towards the foil race scene, and some progressive new designs for a fresh new do-it-all foil range. We have put in many hours of research and design this season specifically around a rigid and durable yet super efficient mast design, and are super amped to release the new product into the market. For 2025 we are looking forward to releasing a few key new additions to our already well rounded range that will push the level of quality and performance.

Which of your 2024 foilboard set ups have sold best and why?
The bestselling board of 2024 has been the new Pegasus v2 downwind sup board. The launch of the Pegasus v2 sparked a great deal of interest, and has resulted in many customers enjoying hours on the new design. The Pegasus v2 was designed specifically with downwind SUP foiling and wave SUP foiling in mind. The board allows for both entry level and expert riders to have an easy intro to the realm of downwind foiling, as the board is stable and fast paddling which encourages early planing and lift onto foil. It has also become popular for light wind winging due to the easy planing and early take-off.

What are the main trends in Foilboard construction, materials and design?
Foilboards are an extremely key part of a foil setup as it is your main connection to the board, so naturally as the foils progress the board designs also evolve. We are seeing a need for lighter and stronger boards as the general rider level has improved and requires more performance from the gear. Our aim is to keep our boards as light as possible while maintaining the overall strength and longevity. The use of the lightest foam core possible, and a casing of pvc + high quality carbon with extra reinforcements on crucial points of the board have provided what we are currently looking for and requiring of the product. Many hours have been spent on the water testing and creating the best board design for each division of foiling, which produced the unique design of our Pegasus v2 and new Ultra prone foil board shapes.

What are the highlights of your 2025 foilboard offer?
The design and shapes are always evolving and changing as foiling has so many variations of the sport. I have personally been working on and testing a new downwind SUP foil board Pegasus PRO design which has shown incredible performance and efficiency that we plan to realease in the upcoming season. A new wing board range that targets early lift and progressive riding has been in development and will also be scheduled to hit the market in the new year along with a few other exciting additions.
