Protest Partners With Momentum Distribution To Expand Presence In North America

Protest Sportswear has  announced a new distribution partnership with Momentum Distribution. As a leading distributor in the industry with a proven track record, Momentum Distribution will help expand Protest’s presence in Canada and the USA, making it easier for consumers to access their versatile, fun, and affordable sportswear collections.

Founded over 30 years ago by a group of snowboarders from the Netherlands, Protest Sportswear has grown into an international sports and lifestyle brand with a leading market position in Europe. Protest is already available online in North America and began working with its first retailers in this region earlier this year. With the new partnership with Momentum Distribution, the goal is to further expand the retail network and increase its influence in North America.

With over 25 years of experience, Momentum Distribution has a strong track record of introducing and growing brands in the Canadian and USA markets. They have played a key role in the success of renowned brands such as Vans, Arena, and Descente.

We’re thrilled to partner with Momentum Distribution,” said Wesley van Wijnbergen, Managing Director at Protest Sportswear. “Both companies seem to share similar culture and values, making this partnership a natural fit.

With Momentum’s strong focus and extensive network in retail, we’re confident that this collaboration will help bring our mission – To help everyone ride more – to even more consumers through the best possible products and experiences.”

Momentum Distribution is equally excited about the partnership. “Protest Sportswear is a fantastic addition to our lineup,” said Claude Roy, CEO of Momentum Distribution. “It is a great and established Dutch brand that has proven itself. “Protest Sportswear’s unique selling proposition lies in its blend of style, functionality, and affordability for various outdoor activities. We’re eager to help bring their collections to more people across North America, because there is a strong demand for versatile and sustainable sportswear.”

This partnership marks an exciting step forward for Protest Sportswear, continuing the brand’s growth and bringing high-quality, sustainable products to more outdoor enthusiasts.
