Retail Buyers Guide:  Snowboard Bindings F/W 2025/26 Retail Buyer’s Guide
Brand:  Flux
Interviewee: Marketing Team

How was last season in the snowboard binding market?
With the end of the COVID-19 pandemic, the range of recreational activities has diversified. As the number of casual snowboarders has decreased, there is a growing preference for specialized equipment over all-purpose gear.

With the recent overall price increases, have there been any positive developments in manufacturing, sourcing, or logistics?
We perceive the current situation surrounding us, including raw materials, labor costs, and exchange rates, as extremely challenging. We believe that developing products with higher added value and selling them at fair prices is the most effective approach.

What are the major trends you’re seeing with product pricing in the snowboard bindings market?
The factors mentioned above, such as raw materials, labor costs, and exchange rates, play a very significant role.

E-commerce Vs. physical retail, how are you balancing both channels?
We will continue to focus primarily on face-to-face sales. Currently, our online sales ratio is very low. To increase user contact, we aim to raise this ratio in the future

How are you supporting retailers to sell this category?
We conduct study sessions and on snow demo to differentiate ourselves from other brands and explain the features of each item. Additionally, we use social media to directly appeal to users and create pathways to our retailers.

What unique brand messages are you focusing on for the 2025/2026 bindings season?
