How was last season in the splitboard market?
It was about the same as the season before that.
With the recent overall price increases, have there been any positive developments in manufacturing, sourcing, or logistics?
Mostly the same.
What are the major trends you’re seeing with product pricing in the splitboard market? E-commerce Vs. physical retail, how are you balancing both channels?
Seems like some prices are pretty much the same. Maybe a little bit more ecommerce, and the best – those who have both. We sells directly trough our web platform and to retailers, both physical and web.
How are you supporting retailers to sell this category?
Try to be as flexible as possible and accommodate the retailers opinions. And being out in the mountains, hiking and riding making content for use in ex social medias etc.
What unique brand messages are you focusing on for the 2025/2026 splitboard season?
Making boards that gives a satisfaction in use -every time. Light weight boards for the hike, shapes, lengths and riding characteristics for getting the most out of the riding and a experience in use.
What about new board construction, innovation, or shape trends? Any big advancements in functionality? Skinning, transitions, etc, as well as riding? Any specific effort on ranges for 25/26? If yes, where and why?
Same line up, but a few new shapes in planning – also adding more lengths to complete the different shapes range.
Are you using any new materials in your splitboard for 25/26? If so, what, and why? We’re interested in anything new in inserts / edges / cores / sidewalls / glue / resin/ wood types / base material / top sheet / wax / etc..
Same high quality production. Certificated wood cores, top coat etc- and in general made to last.
Any new design or pattern approaches in your 25/26 gear? Any collabs on the line?
We keep our classic design of white and navy tops – black and white bases.
