Which technical snowpacks sold best in the winter 2023/24 and why?
The LINE Series was our top seller in the technical pack category in the 23/24 season. The LINE Pack is a versatile Winterpack for any kind of Snow-Action. It offers back entry access into the main compartment which allows easy organization of all your gear without loads of snow falling into the pack when opening while it’s placed on the ground. For sure the pack has a separate Avalanche EQ Pocket on the front, which features organization for shovel and probe and your first aid kit. On top of that we also included a smaller skin pocket, in case you are going for some extra human-powered uphill to access even more untracked powder. The LINE is available in 2 different volumes – 20L and 30L and fresh colours, depending on the riders needs
Are you feeling the impact of climate challenges (unpredictable conditions, snow at higher altitudes, more expensive costs) on your product demand and development?
The Winter-season has become more unpredictable in the last decade. We all experience a big variance of snow conditions during Winter. The season seems to start later, but lasts longer or not, with some crazy temperature variations in between. Spring conditions around X-Mas and big dumps on Easter holidays is not an exception anymore. Dependency on real Winterconditons (cold weather, snow) has increased over the last decade, which translates into a shorter selling period for winter products. Lastly the development of the prices for a snowboard/ski-trip has reached a new level over the last 3 years. These circumstances don’t make it easier on the demand side. Since EVOC’s first product was a Protector Backpack for Freeriding, we are committed to this product category and we don’t stop developing new winter products. We are offering a solid and focused range of Winterproducts incl. Protection Wear, SNOW-Travel, Avalanche- and technical backpacks.
What color palettes, prints or patterns are you featuring in your 2025/26 collection?
We are launching our new Multicolour theme in FW25/26. It’s a blend of new fabrics, pattern and glitch artwork.
Which technical snowpacks do you expect the most growth from in 2025/2026 and why?
The SUMMIT series will see the most growth.
How are you implementing sustainability in your products and production processes?
EVOC is designing and building long-lasting high-quality products. We constantly check the repairability of our technical products and we also invest into finding recyclability solutions for our products. The first step already happened with our Protection Wear collection which we introduced in FW23/24
What are your marketing stories for 2025/26?
SAFE TRAVELS – our new SNOW Travel and Gear Bags will be the communication focus for FW25/26
How are you helping retailers to sell this category?
Our assetbank is filled with content in all relevant formats. All Retail partners have full access and at the same time we feed our stories and pictures via our SoMe channels into the consumers mind to stimulate their motivation to buy EVOC gear!
