Which products sold best in the winter 2023/24 and why?
The Reactor Waistcoat is our entry level product, and it went super well this year. Why? It’s spec’ed like a much higher priced product and is a super comfortable cut that fits a multitude of users. It hit the sweet spot for features and price with our customers.

Are you feeling the impact of climate challenges (unpredictable conditions, snow at higher altitudes, more expensive costs) on your product demand and development?
Sure, like everyone is, though last winter things worked out pretty OK for us. It’s fine to talk about it all, but who’s actually making a real change?
Well, at AMPLIFI we’re trying our best to reduce our carbon footprint, and also allow our products to be recycled or renewed. We hope we’re the lead that other guys start to follow.

Which product do you expect to grow the most of your 2025/2026 collection?
We’re introducing a brand new protection range called AEGI:S which we are sure is going to be a super hit and allow even more retailers to buy in!

What are the design and material highlights of your 2025/26 collection?
We’re still using our bamboo based fabrics, which are eco-friendly AND anti-bacterial (cuts down on the stinky factor after a long day on the hill!) We’ve also got an all new protector in the AEGI:S collection, which we’re pumped to see out there. The design of the AEGI:S has been engineered as complementary hybrid honeycomb geometry which in concert with the unique macromolecular compound creates interconnected super light and flexible cells that exceed EAN Level 2 protection levels, have unrivalled weight savings, and allows exceptional levels of breathability, allowing passage of air and moisture for extended riding comfort. The unique macromolecular compound used in the AEGI:S protector employs DeCel braking, reducing rebound and redirecting force through the complex geometry in the protector, making it up to 4 times more effective than a similar TPE protector. The material is also moisture and temperature resistant, meaning the protection level is unaffected, no matter the conditions.

How are you implementing sustainability in your products and production processes?
We’re increasing the use of sustainable materials throughout the range, we’re cutting down on unnecessary packaging and trying our best to eliminate waste – we’re also able to offer a repair service. Our new AEGI:S protector is part of a nearly completely closed cycle recycling story. The AEGI:S protector begins it’s life at the end: insomuch as our protectors already use 70% recycled material when it is injection moulded in our factories. Then, once they have finished their useful life, the AEGI:S protector can be returned to us and be directly reused in our manufacturing facility to create brand new protector products! The beginning is the end is the beginning… and so on!

What are your marketing stories for 2025/26?
Style, function and ecological awareness are our three major marketing points.

How are you supporting retailers to sell this category?
We offer POS support, custom designed sales materials for in-store displays. No matter how big or small the retailer is, we can get them exactly what they need. Also we keep things super simple for ordering, re-ordering and other guarantees such as easy processing of warranties and related issues. We’re trying to keep support up for our retailers, new and old.

REACTOR WAISTCOAT:
The Reactor Waistcoat rocks full back protection with a super-lightweight, vented EXOFLEX back protector for bombproof comfort. New 3D honeycomb mesh in the hip area for improved wearing climate and comfort, and a discreet hip-belt mean that whatever your body shape or riding position, it fits you like a boss. Additional new rib pads add provide additional protection. The Reactor stands for maximum protection and comfort. The integrated EXOFLEX protector made of special PU foam is ultra-light, breathable, ergonomically shaped and acts as a shock absorber. The repeating triangle pattern design, makes it ultraflexible so that natural movements are possible and the protector acts like a second skin, to ensure an optimum in protection. The protector consists of viscoelastic foam and quickly returns to its original shape whenever it was exposed to an impact. In addition, it is multi-impact resistant, which means the protector won’t be destroyed in an impact, but retains its full functionality. An adapted and spontaneous damping behavior ensures that the protector adapts to the type of impact. Air is trapped in the cells of the foam. If only light impact is applied, the air is distributed steady and even and can escape slowly. The protector remains soft and absorbs the impact with no time-lag. If a fast, heavy impact is applied, it reacts immediately without delay, the air cannot be displaced, the cells strain-harden and the impact is firmly decelerated.
