Longboard Classic 2016, Stuben, Arlberg

Weather conditons weren't too great on April 10, 2016 - despite all the old school gear shining bright!

So Longbaord Classics Race Officers Paul Gruber & Muck Müller decided to change the race course.

Instead of through the backcountry below the Albona Grat, the race course was moved to a banked-slamlom-style piste

...with everyone gathering at the Middle Station...

But with all these colours, it was a bright shiny day anyway!

Especially if you have Guitar Hero Man providing a legendary soundtrack - playing half way down the race course!

But before it all goes off, Muck ensures a fair start

There was also a prize for the Longest Travel Distance to get to the LBC which was won by a soul shredder from Hawaii who promised to be back next year

And the annual Legends Award of course, which went to Titus Dittmann this year, who collected donations for his charity organizations Skate Aid & Hero Shopping

Yet, topping them all, Mr. Titus Dittman, founder of the Titus Skateshops in Germany and producer of the very first Sims boards, rocking one of his classics

And this gentleman, riding the oldest board at the event, built in 1984 (same year our German ed was born)
