What particular product has been the best seller? What’s working and what isn’t?

In last season demand for snowboards, high overshoes, protection and clothes grew.

What percentage of your sales are from online business compared to your brick-and-mortar sales?

Skateboard brands now are on sale worse. We have now no shop online, only two real. Soon we plan to resume work shop online.

What are five products you couldn’t live without right now?

Skateboard, long-board, footwear, shorts, caps.

Did your store’s sales increase or decrease over last year? To what do you attribute your gain or loss in sales? What will you do to either maintain your growth or to reverse the decline?

Six months ago we opened other shop, and together unfortunately they now as one earlier worked.  The second shop allowed us to sell better snowboard product in the summer it works worse than the first. Now demand for soft skateboard, footwear fell. 

If you could go back five years what would you do differently?

I consider that we do everything correctly, we work 10 years, during this time in Krasnodar and Russia many shops opened and closed.

What are the benefits of having a physical shop over simply having an online store?

I am sure that online shop is necessary to us, and it will make quite good profit in the future, we place a goods photo on social networks and is a lot of wishing to acquire goods remotely.

What trends do you see upcoming?

The skateboarding will live, snowboarding becomes even more popular.

What are you doing to pull people into your store?

That our shops continued to work we remain such as earlier, we ride with them, we carry that that we sell, sushay music and sometimes we drink alcohol together.

Please tell us of any upcoming initiatives your shop has planned?

We hold a premiere to vlizhayshy time Russian video skateboard, we carried out and will carry out a skateboard contests and parties. 

How do you stay in touch with the wants and needs of your customers?

About needs of our buyers we learn through direct communication with them.

How confident are you for the coming summer? 

This summer and in the winter everything remains well, all depends on us.

What kind of advice can you give other independent retailers who are trying to compete against the big box megastores?

To be engaged in this business it is necessary to love a skateboard, a snowboard, surfing truly, to live it, not for the sake of бизнеа.
