Fusion Incorporated will look after Eivy’s distribution in Japan.

Press Release: After teaming up with distributors that already carry Nitro Snowboards for Europe and Australia it is now time for Eivy to look east, partnering up with Fusion Incorporated for Japan.

“We do Germany, Austria, Switzerland, UK, France, Australia and New Zeeland with distributors, and work with agents for Netherlands and Finland. To have a distributor for Japan now that also carries Nitro Snowboards and other premium brands is very important for us, making sure the launch positions the brand with the right retailers and e-tailers” says Martin Fredriksson Vister, CEO.

This makes it for a total of 11 markets that Eivy is represented in, along with their global e-commerce operation handled inhouse by Amanda Fahlander, recruited from Sweden’s biggest sports e-commerce site Sportamore.se.

“To have this mix, represented by distributors and agents that love snowboarding, selling in big box, resort and core shops, paired with our e-commerce where we can communicate directly to our customers means the world to me, and Japan is something I have always envisioned being a perfect match for our aesthetics” says Anna Vister, founder and creative director.

New fabric coming up
For this winter Eivy has upped the quality with a thicker, brushed, four-way stretch, non-see-through, UPF50+ rated fabric making the base layers the most multifunctional they have ever been.

“Seeing girls wearing their Eivy base layer for skiing and snowboarding, adventures, traveling, city life, yoga and working out is my drive. Offering that multiFUNctionality as we call it is one of our most important sustainable standpoints in itself, and when we move to recycled polyester for Winter 21 for the base layers (our fleece is already GRS certified recycled polyester)  it will be a big step forward for us a brand, and me as a founder” says Anna Vister.
