Dates & Locations Announced For World Rookie Tour 2022
Ahead of the World Rookie Tour’s January start date, Black Yeti has announced the full schedule of dates and locations. The tour begins in Livigno in January and ends in Kitzsteinhorn – Zell am See-Kaprun at the end of March.

Black Yeti, the most popular mascot of the winter sports worldwide, can hardly wait to discover the next future stars of snowboarding and freeskiing. The World Rookie Tour is ready again to showcase an incredible level of riding, countless collateral activities and amazing rewards in more than 20 events all over.
Also, this year Black Yeti will visit some of the best ski resorts of the world, such as Mammoth Mountain in USA, Livigno, Madonna di Campiglio and Kronplatz in Italy, Maramures and Poiana Brasov in Romania, Guzet in France, Borovets in Bulgaria, Matra in Hungary, Innsbruck and Kaprun in Austria, Vuokatti in Finland and Nekoma in Japan. And a city stop in Glasgow, Scottland, is in the calendar too!
World Rookie Tour 2022 will begin with the World Rookie Fest in Livigno, the legendary kick-off event will be held from the 15th to the 22nd of January 2022, with a big news: snowboard and freeskiers will be both welcome for the first time ever. As is traditional, it will take place at Mottolino Snowpark, one of the most famous snowpark in the Alps.
The iconic World Rookie Snowboard Finals, the most awaited tour event, will be back in Kitzsteinhorn – Zell am See-Kaprun, Austria, from the 24th of March to the 3rd of April 2022, while the World Rookie Freeski Finals will be held for the first time in Madonna di Campiglio, Italy, from the 20th of March to the 23rd of March 2022.
At the end, the winner of the World Rookie Finals will be awarded with the title of World Rookie Champion and will be offered a unique opportunity to enter the world of professional snowboarding and freeskiing: spots to 2022.23 FIS World Cup tour and invitation to major international events are just some of the amazing prizes secured by the Black Yeti.
World Rookie Tour, a memorable experience not only for the athletes, but also for the companions and the public, an opportunity to have fun together and to get know each other.

Green light for the Nimbus Surf Hero 2021
The waiting period is over and the forecast of a storm towards the weekend has turned on the green light for the start of the “Nimbus Surf Hero”, the first event WRT Surf competition. On Saturday the 4th and Sunday the 5th of December the event will start and 120 young pre-registered surfers will flock from all over Italy, ready to battle in the iconic comp field provided by the organization: the legendary Forte dei Marmi jetty, where many Mediterranean great surf comps took place since the ’80.
