What were your biggest sellers in FW22/23 and why?
Because of its design and versatility, A.Light Tour is currently the most successful airbag backpack in our range – it’s the lightest backpack with the original ABS Twinbag system and the most comfortable on the market. With three different ZipOns (18l, 25-30l and 35-40l) this avalanche backpack is ready for every snow adventure. Not to forget our new color lines, which give it a cool fresh look and feel.
How are you segmenting your snow safety products and where do you expect your biggest growth?
Facing the fact of different users we develop the products especially according the needs of these users, from devoted to experts. With our A.Light Go which starts at 599€ we offer a clean and compact avalanche backpack at a really interesting price point.
What are the most important technologies/features in your FW23/24 avalanche backpacks?
In FW23/24 we will bring out our new A.Light E, ABS first avalanche airbag with an electronic system. The system will be provided by Alpride and the Base Unit of the backpack fits with all our A.Light Tour ZipOns. This makes the backpack the most versatile avalanche backpack on the market. With the electronic system ABS will be the only brand which provides three airbag systems (Solid, Easy Tech and Alpride) in their product range.
Additionally we will present our first 4-season avalanche backpack, the all new A.ROUND. Simply removing the EASY TECH compartment from the main transforms this avalanche airbag backpack into a highly functional outdoor backpack for all seasons.

The A.SSURE set of shovel, probe and first aid kit is still the most compact set at a very attractive price point.
