AIRBLASTER MENS OUTERWEAR F/W 2025/26 PREVIEW

Retail Buyers Guide:  Mens Outerwear F/W 2025/26 Retail Buyer’s Guide
Brand:  Airblaster
Interviewee: JESSE GRANDKOSKI, BRAND MANAGER; KYLE PHILLIPS, SALES DIRECTOR

How was the men’s snow outerwear market in 2023/24
The market is improving, but still a bit soft now due to large scale economic and currency factors, and the resulting glut of overall inventory and snow specific inventory in th market.  Airblaster saw great sell in success last season with the new styles of baggy fits like the Phatstripe Jacket Contrast Pant and the Access Jacket and Pant.  Slow start to the winter in most of Europe last season also dampened sales and created a challenge for retailers and brands.  This season, overall, the market seems to have stabilized somewhat, with more opportunity; overall growth potential may be determined by where, when, and how often snow falls in different regions.

What is the overall theme behind your 2025/26 outerwear range? From which big trends do you take your inspiration?
This is a really fun time for Airblaster Men’s Outerwear!  Baggy fits are on the rise for tops and bottoms, simple gas station style, a bit of piping ,we’re back in the mid and late 90s!!  We offer Relaxed, Mid-Baggy, and Baggy+ so lots of options in many styles to find a fit for the retailer customer, still wild colors and mild, medium, and wild prints.  Don’t forget to get your watermelon.

What new fits / silhouettes are coming out in 2025/26? What pant and jacket styles are most important in your range?
The Beast Access Jacket and Pant are new additions to our Beast Series line where a rider can get into a Baggy+ fit and 30K function at a price that cannot be beat.  YKK Aquaguard zippers, Fully Taped, 30K waterproofing, and 20k Breathability all wrapped in a 100% recycled Eco-Vortex 2L shell. Men’s Wrench Coverall is an awesome, industrial styled coverall with trademark Airblaster full body coverage, all at a price that is less than half of the snowboard jackets out there.  With free pants attached.

What new colour’s / prints are you introducing?
Len Jorgensen’s signature colorways for 2526 are super fun. Ya gotta check tou the Len Poppie and Custard in the Revert series, the Horizon Blue in the Freedom Suit featuring a Pteradactyl print on the back, and Len Poppie in the MacroPuff Jacket.

Any *NEW* technical stories with regards to fabrics and materials?
We continue to improve on our sustainability. 100% of Airblaster products are made without PFC or PFAS, All DWR coatings are PFAS-free, our Airblaster black lining taffeta (our highest usage fabric) is either 100% recycled or 100% solution dye and 47% of Airblaster garment styles use recycled fabric as a primary fabrication.

Any trends that your brand is moving away from?
