What are the stories you’re pushing this season?
The main story we’re pushing all year long is the 30 year anniversary of éS. To celebrate this milestone we’re kicking off the season with the Accel FIT. The Accel has been a mainstay for decades and has a legacy as deep as the brand itself. This new addition to the family builds off the Accel’s reputation for superior board control and introduces the FIT (Foot Integration Technology) System, designed to give the foot a more locked-in, athletic feel. We also have other exciting stories such as some retro colorways of classic styles and a super exciting release planned for Accel Day.
What is your collection theme for SS25?
The theme is 30 years of éS Skateboarding and the Accel.
Any new technology in your line we should watch out for?
Absolutely. The FIT System is a 3-part harmony that is game changer for upping board control while maintaining the comfort and support skaters have come to expect from the Accel.
Does your footwear brand have a sustainable element? Vegan shoes?
There’s always a demand for vegan skate footwear and we do our best to answer that demand in a way that doesn’t come across as inauthentic. We rotate which styles come in vegan materials each season. This season there are vegan versions of the Quattro, and Sophisto.
Must have styles for SS25?
The Accel FIT is a must-try for any skater looking to take their board control and style to the next level. For the collectors and éS superfans worldwide, the Creager reissue in Grey/Orange is definitely worth picking up a couple pairs– one to stock, one to skate!
