This year’s EuroSIMA AGM will be held on July 3 by web-conference at 3pm and will last until 4.30pm. Attendance should be registered before July 1 and any documents for the meeting will be made available beforehand.

This annual meeting aims to present the actions and projects our association has carried out during the past year as well as those targeted for the new year. It also aims to encourage members and partners to discuss the future of our industry.

- 2019 Financial report by the auditor
- Presentation of the 2020 action plan
- Presentation of the 2020 planned budget
- Online voting of resolutions
- Miscellaneous questions
The documents pertaining to the General Assembly will be made available online prior to the web-conference in order to ensure more efficiency in voting on the resolutions.
