As the first fashion company in Spain to have been Fairtrade® and GOTS certified, SKFK has been working for over a decade on changing its raw materials, eco-design and improving products’ end of life cycles. Beyond aiming to reduce their footprint, the SKFK team’s approach of seeking business models that are climate responsible is at the heart of the brand’s CSR policy.

A true globe-trotter, he keeps a tight connection to nature by regularly practicing action and board sports.
Clément Maulavé
Hopaal
After attending preparatory and business school, Clément Maulavé decided to dive into the challenges of technical apparel in the surfing and ski industries. To that end, he took advantage of a gap year to get training in Annecy and then spent 6 months in Bangalore, India in an apparel workshop. In 2016, while he was still at university, Clément and his friend Mathieu started working on a project to create a clothing brand, in which all products would be made from recycled materials. In early 2017, their brand Hopaal was born. Once the business plan had been deemed viable, they set up a team. In 2019, the objectives will be to manage production, activate communication and marketing, develop their approach and be increasingly transparent on all actions Hopaal carries out.
