Press Release:
TIPHANIE PERROTIN – 2022 FREERIDE WORLD TOUR CHAMPION!
At Nidecker, we’d like to take this opportunity to congratulate our team rider Tiphanie Perrotin for taking the overall win on this year’s Freeride World Tour!
Not only is this an amazing achievement on its own, but the 21/22 season was Tiph’s maiden season on Tour, the best start you could hope for!
With wins on the Andorran and Austrian stops, a third-place finish was enough to secure victory overall and the honour of starting the next season in the yellow bib.
We’re hyped to have Tiphanie on our global team, and we’re stoked to follow her shred career far into the future.
N-TECH & THE FREERIDE WORLD TOUR
Tiphanie Perrotin rode the FWT on her trusty Megalight 158, but this isn’t the first time one of our famed N-Tech boards has stood alongside a rider in the yellow bib – when Emilien Badoux won the 2014 edition he did so on the Ultralight 164.
Designed for hard-charging on critical terrain, the Ultralight and Megalight are both perfect tools for freeriders looking for the pinnacle of precision.
Lightweight materials mean that you can size up your ride for extra float without loss of control, whilst our patented N-Tech 2.0 construction focuses power and flex for pinpoint accuracy on edge. They have to be ridden to be believed!
