The retail area in Fistral
The surf titles in the Quiksilver Open were handed to Australian Lliam Mortensen in the men’s category and to Ella Williams from New Zealand in the women’s Roxy Open. The skate and BMX half-pipe competition had the crowd going with the titles being given to Dannie Carlsen (men’s) and Rianne Evans (women’s).
The retail area saw classic surf, snow and skate brands mingle amongst up and coming brands (such as outdoor apparel and performance sportswear Yazzie Parka and Cardiff-based Theo clothing), all to a back drop of musical goodness coming from the stage at the Beach Bar on Fistral beach.
