Global Investment Firm Carlyle Acquire Dainese Group

The Dainese Group, owners of sportwear and protective gear brand Dainese, has entered a new investment partnership with global investment firm Carlyle. As a result, ownership of the Group and its brands will transfer to Carlyle, who now hold majority shares.

The Dainese Group Announces Acquisition by Carlyle

The Dainese Group announces an agreement under which global investment firm Carlyle will acquire the majority shares from Investcorp and Lino Dainese. The change of ownership will include all brands in the Dainese Group – Dainese, AGV and TCX – and including the properties and production sites.
