The award was conferred at the 2019 PADDLEexpo in Nuremberg, Germany.

How JP’s new ‘Welded Seams’ technology works…
What is special about the welded seam – technology? The connection between the rail and the drop stitch material is hot air welded. This means, the seams of deck, edges and bottom shape are not glued but completely welded. This creates a very strong mechanical joint, which makes the board safer and more durable.
