How was the men’s snow outerwear market in 2023/24?
It was challenging. A tough winter for snowfall, along with a saturated market, makes it difficult for snowboard-specific outerwear brands. We’re incredibly proud of our commitment to never overproducing gear, only manufacturing what’s ordered, so we’re not left with a warehouse full of products to discount in November.
What is the overall theme behind your 2025/26 outerwear range? From which big trends do you take your inspiration?
Our goal is to create a line designed by snowboarders, for snowboarders. We make outerwear that not only withstands the elements but also has the fit and design that inspires our team to get out there. We believe in the importance of supporting the culture itself by backing team riders, photographers, shops, reps, and filmmakers. ‘Defend the Culture’ is a concept you’ll hear from us for many years to come.
What new fits / silhouettes are coming out in 2025/26? What pant and jacket styles are most important in your range?
For men, we offer the Filmore collection, inspired by late ’90s and early 2000s outerwear, but updated with modern waterproofing and breathability. Another team favorite is the Rankin collection, which takes inspiration from workwear with a boxy-fit jacket and oversized pants. Our new Axial Pro Collection is part of our genderless line. It features new lightweight 4 way stretch fabric with a bamboo charcoal membrane. The fit of the pant has been updated to our loose fit.
What new colour’s / prints are you introducing?
This year, we experimented with color blocking and earthy tones
Any *NEW* technical stories with regards to fabrics and materials?
The Axial pro features L1 Bamboo Charcoal membrane technology. It represents the next level in breathable, waterproof, and thermal regulation. By harnessing the natural properties of bamboo charcoal integrated into a PU fiber structure, it offers outstanding waterproofing, breathability, moisture and odor absorption, and thermal regulation—all at minimal weight for maximum comfort. We chose Bamboo Charcoal as our premium protection technology because it’s a natural material that blends seamlessly with PU fabrics. Polyurethane (PU) coated fabrics provide eco-friendly waterproofing and breathability without generating harmful by-products or environmental concerns, making it a highly sustainable combination with natural bamboo charcoal.
