What is your strategy for FW25? What is the ratio between carryovers and new SKUs? Prices are on the rise?
Our strategy for MY25 takes a balanced approach between innovation and continuity. In 2025, we will launch some exciting new models that bring fresh ideas and align with current trends. At the same time, we aim to keep some of the successful models introduced in MY24 available, ensuring we meet the needs of our customers and sustain the demand for proven designs. Regarding pricing, we are closely monitoring market developments. While price adjustments may be necessary in some areas due to rising costs, we remain committed to maintaining an attractive price-performance ratio

Fall-winter wetsuits used to target the core surfers, with a priority on performance over price. Is that still true or the increased participation [of newbies] lead to new purchase habits, may be more price oriented?
Our approach to fall-winter wetsuits remains focused on delivering high-performance gear tailored to surfers who prioritize functionality and innovation. Our technical wetsuits continue to set the standard, offering advanced features designed for extreme conditions and maximum mobility in the water. To cater to a broader audience, we have also more accessible options like the Mission. This model combines essential performance features with a more affordable price point.

Yulex, classic limestone, oyster shell foam or good ol’ neoprene: which one(s) did you implement for FW25?
Looking ahead, we are excited to explore and incorporate several innovative materials into our wetsuit range:
Yamamoto friendlyprene: This advanced neoprene alternative offers the same or even better flexibility, warmth, and durability as traditional neoprene. It also includes a recycled liner, aligning with our commitment to sustainability.
YULEX neoprene: As the world’s first natural plant-based replacement for neoprene, YULEX delivers high performance while being more environmentally friendly and less impactful on people.
JAKO: Known for its superior functionality, JAKO provides enhanced compression set resistance for high water pressure and is thin enough to ensure easy movement, making it ideal for future high-performance wetsuits.

Beyond the gender specific fit, is your women wetsuit collection any different from the men’s?
Beyond the gender-specific fit, our women’s wetsuit collection is designed to provide the same high level of performance and protection as our men’s range, with no compromise on technical features or materials. The main difference lies in the fit, which is specifically tailored to suit the anatomy and needs of each gender, ensuring optimal performance and comfort for everyone.

How are you helping retailers to sell more suits? (ordering terms, demos, product training, instore and online assets, etc.)
We support our retailers with flexible demo opportunities at events or when we visit their shop. A key highlight is our new Mediaroom, which provides quick and easy access to all marketing assets, including high-quality visuals, product videos, and detailed descriptions. This ensures that retailers have everything they need to drive sales both in-store and online.

Mission 6/5 Hooded GBS FZ & Mission 5/4 Fullsuit GBS FZ & Mission 5/4 Fullsuit GBS BZ:
THE BEST ALLROUNDER Classic meets new school: The Mission strikes a perfect balance between warmth and flexibility. Designed for versatility, it prioritizes flex in the arms and legs, where freedom of movement is most necessary, and warmth in the core. This wetsuit combines our most intelligent construction techniques with state- of-the-art materials. It uses Sheico Limestone neoprene and our innovative combination of thermal insulation materials to improve flexibility by about 15% compared to previous models. Thermal insulation is achieved through Apex Mesh outer lamination, welded GBS seams, and Hotcell 3GN insulation from the shoulders to the knees, which drains water and sweat for quicker drying and better thermal performance. The hooded version of our Mission adds extra protection in extremely cold conditions for the head, ears, and face. The Mission 5/4 Fullsuit GBS Front Zip is a very popular model coming with a convenient Quick Zip system for easy changing.
