With over 20 years working with brands in the outdoor and action sports industries, Rob Fairweather has been appointed Development Manager at Out Of Step Ltd. He enters the role with a clear idea about how he plans to move Out Of Step’s sales strategy forward.

Out Of Step Ltd Appoint Rob Fairweather as Business Development Manager
Out Of Step Ltd, leading brand agency and distributor for HUF, The Hundreds, Brixton and Afends has appointed Rob Fairweather as Business Development Manager, with immediate effect.
Rob has over 20 years’ experience working with brands within the outdoor and action sports industry, in various sales and business development roles. Most recently he was European Sales Manager at Millican Bags after 5 years working as a Sales Manager at Deus Ex Machina.
Based between London and Bristol, Rob is responsible for leading new business development activities including sales, commercial and customer strategy.

Over recent years Out Of Step has expanded beyond wholesale distribution, launching OOS Retail Ltd in 2018, a platform dedicated to providing a full service D2C offering for across the UK and Europe for brands including HUF, The Hundreds and HEX. Out Of Step also operate a full-service marketing agency out of the London showroom in Shoreditch, supporting their current portfolio of brands.
