Shops 1st Try Is On The Move

After 10 years Europe’s largest B2B on-snow snowboarding demo and gathering SHOPS 1st TRY is moving 35 kilometers to a new location at Hochfügen in the Zillertal valley. However no need to change the 2025 date you have in your calendar as it remains the same January 19th-21st.

The new location is split between two areas, the On-Snow Demo & Exhibition Area at Hochfügen and the Accommodation, Industry Dinner & Evening Program further down the mountain at Fügen in the Zillertal Valley. The two locations are connected by a regular shuttle service.

Hochfugen has the advantage of greater snow reliability as the resort starts at 1,486 meters and goes up to 2,378 meters and also has great freeride terrain.

The On-Snow Demo Area will now be right next to the Indoor Exhibition Area and Business Lounge and will have direct access to two gondola lifts that serve different parts of the resort. Additionally an expanded catering area will offer food and drink to cater for all tastes.

For exhibitors there is easy access for build up and take down by car, van or truck.

New in the program this year will be a SHOPS 1st TRY Focus Day to highlight special product categories.

SHOPS 1st TRY are currently working on reserving accommodation space for industry and retailers and negotiating discounted room rates. The finalised concept with all details on exhibition spaces (both indoor & outdoor) will be sent out soon, as will a list of recommended accommodation offering a wide range of options across different price categories.
