SIMS SNOWBOARDS F/W 2025/26 PREVIEW
Retail Buyers Guide: Snowboards F/W 2025/26 Retail Buyer’s Guide
Brand: SIMS
Interviewee: Philipp Schöpke Sales/Marketing Sims Snowboards Europe
How was last season in the snowboard market?
Last season was for sure difficult for everybody because of the snow situation but we are happy how things develop and are ready for next season.
With the recent overall price increases, have there been any positive developments in manufacturing, sourcing, or logistics?
We are happy that we’ve been able to hold most of our prices.
What are the major trends you’re seeing with product pricing in the snowboard market?
It`s getting more and more exclusive, that`s difficult for the next generation that want to get into snowboarding. We are happy to have a nice board under 500€ in our lineup, that allows you to get into snowboarding and thats actually just a sick board.
E-commerce Vs. physical retail, how are you balancing both channels?
We try to support local shops with small and nice online shops that fit with our brand identity.
How are you supporting retailers to sell this category?
We support every shop with some nice POS stuff and we try to be always available for them. Shops are the soul of snowboarding and we have to support them in any way we can!
What unique brand messages are you focusing on for the 2025/2026 snowboard season?
Pure juice. Support the original.
SNOWBOARD SPECIFIC
What trends or developments are you seeing with regards to board construction, shapes, and general innovation? How is this shaping your 25/26 range?
We love camber boards and they work perfect! All of our Sims Snowboards are camber dominated, we have a nice camber board for any terrain and rider level.
Any new design or pattern approaches in your 25/26 gear? Any collabs on the line?
We are hyped to do again a nice mix of graphics from the past and new ones by Cody Warble, Dayze and legendary Scott Clum.
