How was the men’s snow outerwear market in 2023/24
For us we spent 23/24 testing our Lotus range, working closely with riders and industry experts to develop and release our Lotus 2.0 alongside the Lotus Bibs for 2025.
What is the overall theme behind your 2025/26 outerwear range? From which big trends do you take your inspiration?
The theme for the Snow shepherd Lotus range was to show that we can manufacture a fabric, inspired by nature that performs in the toughest environments. Challenging that process and then refining it. The Lotus range was based off the water repellant properties of the lotus flower. The Snow Shepherd Lotus fabric underwent extensive testing to ensure its exceptional performance. As a new material, not built from plastic but done in the same way Lotus fabric was once created. It was subject to rigorous evaluation, including both laboratory and real-world physical testing. Our team personally put it through its paces, along with professional riders like Kendall Goodman, who tested it on the Freeride World Tour.
What new fits / silhouettes are coming out in 2025/26? What pant and jacket styles are most important in your range?
Our most stand out this year is the Lotus 2.O in Yellow, speaking more to the Snowshepherd mantra of “Dont be a sheep” We integrated the range show to show elements of the Snowshepherd brand utilizing our premium grade leather and military grade cordura the same materials our gloves are made from. Having these elements complement the overall fit and let off our own style.
What new colour’s / prints are you introducing?
This year we introduced the Lotus 2.0 Jacket and Bibs in Black with Yellow accents. We also have Pink and all new Tropical Violet.
