What are the main customers’ demands when buying snowboarding protection?
Most customers looking for snowboarding protection want something low-key that will fit underneath their gear. We offer many different kinds of soft, flexible padding options that work perfectly for this function.

Do you target specific customers / rider types?
Not particularly – our pads are great for beginners, but also for those who are really going big and need a bit of extra padding for when they slip up.

Which products sold best from your 2023/24 collection and why?
Our Undercover Snow Knee Pads and Undercover Snow Wrist Guards have been doing great – we believe this is due to many new consumers entering the market the past year (who are usually keen on picking up some protective gear when they’re learning to ride). We have also seen a lot of customers opt for our Bumsaver Padded Shorts for hip and tailbone protection.

What product type do you expect to grow the most?
We are definitely seeing a rise in demand for our soft pads (of which we have a few different options). It’s much easier to fit a sleeved pad alongside your base layers vs. something with a hard cap.

What are the design and material highlights of your 2024/25 collection?
To sum it up in two words: soft and stretchy. Most of our Snow pads are made with neoprene, so you can slide in and still have range of mobility with the added protection.

Are you implementing sustainability in your products and production processes?
N/A

What are your marketing stories for 2024/25?
Soft, flexible padding that fits comfortably underneath your Snow gear. We don’t want users to know they’re wearing it until they need it during a fall.

How are you supporting retailers to sell this category?
We have some POP items to help with in-store branding. Beyond that, we are having regular conversations with retailers to educate and inform them, and ultimately, the consumer.

What is your situation regarding stock and deliveries?
Fully stocked and delivering on-time, as always!
