Which goggles sold best in the winter 2023/2024 and why?
Zeal’s best-selling goggles from the 2023-2024 season included Lookout and Cloudfall, both featuring its patented Rail Lock System (//RLs) and award-winning Observation Deck Technology (ODT) to elevate your vision and experience on the mountain. The dual sliding rail system guides, slides and locks your lens into place simply and securely, while the ODT frame’s pantoscopic tilt and low profile expand your vertical field of view by 20%, allowing you to see every inch of the line below you. The demand for Cloudfall led to the launch of Cloudfall XL in 2024-2025 season, to increase sizing options for those seeking a goggle with a spherical lens.

What are the highlights in frame construction and materials of your 2025/26 collection?
Our patented RLs collection features a rimless frame design for unsurpassed peripheral vision and a dual sliding rail system that guides, slides and locks your lens securely in place anywhere on the mountain. Observation Deck Technology (ODT) is the first goggle system that replicates the eagle’s view of the mountains, to help you see every inch of the line below with no distortion. Zeal has removed most of the frame material at the bottom of the goggle to let the lens sit closer to your face and tilt out as it rises. This allows you to see 20% more of the line below you and what’s coming your way.

What are the highlights in lens technology in your 2025/26 goggle collection?
Optimum Polarized Automatic + – Photochromatic lenses react with UV light to change color/ tint with light conditions, but UV light is present even in blizzards so typical photochromatic lenses are always at their darkest state regardless of the weather. The patented combination of polarization and photochromic technology in Automatic + lenses create a gradual change for a view that’s unique to your surroundings, so you never have to change lenses. This provides a consistent visual experience in all lighting.

What colors, prints or patterns are you featuring in your 2025/26 collection?
The Sakura Lens for the all-new Meridian goggle – inspired by the epic terrain, gracious people and the passion for craftsmanship and beauty that defines the Japanese experience. The Sakura lens starts with a blue/grey snow-specific base, layered with a stunning pink and gold mirror that’s named for Japan’s iconic cherry blossoms or “Sakura”.

How are you implementing sustainability in your products and production processes?
Re-Shred – In Zeal’s commitment to reduce the footprint in every product that we make, Zeal Optics goggle frames are now made from 100% recycled TPU and PC/ABS. Our straps and goggle bags contain a minimum of 70% recycled PET. Elimination of all plastic in packaging – Zeal goggles come in paper boxes and packed with a pulp mold insert that eliminates the need for any foam or plastic. The entire package can be recycled as is. All Zeal printed materials, including our catalog and in-store cards utilize FSC certified paper and soy-based links to reduce their footprint.

How are you helping retailers to sell this category?
Display program – Our display program brings the Zeal brand to life with options for every retailer with cold-rolled steel and cedar invites your customers in to experience the Zeal difference. These displays have lED lighting, seasonal magnetic back graphic, adjustable mirror, easy to shop merchandise, open sell with option for door, white glove service delivery
